Approach:
An initial undertaking is made to fully understand the clients business and key operational requirements. For example, perhaps noise and dust control is paramount, or a movement of pupils within an educational environment. To this end we create a "lock-in, lock-out" segregation of people on site, in order to work safely alongside an existing operation with a minimum of fuss.
Process:

A Director is assigned to meet the client to scrupulously understand the needs of the project and operational requirements.

A site visit is carried out to seek out any nuances of the project e.g. location, topography, surrounding architecture, accessibility.

Provide a bespoke, comprehensive cost sheet for the project which outlines all budgetary expenditure.

Appoint the appropriate consultants/personnel. (This is flexible dependent upon the needs of the client).

Share a deliverable Programme Of Works to highlight deadlines and milestones.

Provide ongoing communication with all relevant personnel before and throughout the project.
